ADVERTISE

The Boca Beacon exposes your advertising messages to one of the most affluent communities in the nation. Boca Grande was ranked 74th in the country in Worth magazine' list of America's Richest Communities, and fifth in the state of Florida - ahead of Naples and Key Biscayne. Homes on the island sell for an average of well over $1 million.

Boca Grande's population as set by the 2000 census is about 1,122 residents. In the winter months, however, this number triples. With a circulation that swells to 7,000 during "high season,"  the Boca Beacon is one of the few newspapers in the nation with a circulation greater than its market area!

The Beacon is a "long tab," measuring about 11" by 17", with full color capability. We can design your ad, or we accept "camera ready" copy to specifications. Despite our "quaint island newspaper" approach, we are and have been on the cutting edge of technology. To learn more, contact
Daniel Godwin, our art director.

For advertising rates, give us a call at 941.964.2995.

The Boca Beacon also produces a number of specialty publications each year. these include:

+ The Boca Beacon Visitors Guide to Boca Grande, Florida.
The visitors guide is the source people turn to when planning a trip to our island. Nearly 40,000 copies of the guide are published and distributed each year. The guide can also be downloaded from our website.
+ The Boca Beacon Four-Digit Phone Directory.
The Four Digit is the island's phone book - the primary reference used by islanders to obtain phone numbers and PO box numbers. Every residence on the island receives a free copy, and additional copies may be purchased for $4.
+ Tarpon Times.
Our annual tarpon season publication.
+ Boca Grande map.
A color map of the island and surrounding areas.
