The woman, Kathy Guindon, talked with Justin for about 30 minutes foul-hooking tarpon, and he was asked to provide expert witness testimony on how tarpon feed.

BY NIKKI HEIMANN - Our small-town surfer girl Mila Wyman was bred in the warm Gulf waters, but still always found a way to play in the waves. Now she will be ripping it up in Dana Point, Calif. for the 2013 National Scholastic Surfing Association’s National Championships scheduled for June 15 through the 17.
An island visitor learned a valuable lesson that many unfortunates have learned in the past: Lock your car and keep your windows rolled up while you’re parked at the beach.
