Read more...Early Monday morning the Boca Grande Fire Department and Sea Tow responded to a call of a boat washed up on the rocks in Charlotte Harbor, by Boca Bay. Neighbors say that a cooler and other items were left on a nearby lawn by the boat’s occupants, who all escaped without injury. The boat was removed by Sea Tow the same day.

A benefit for The Island School, “The Tarpon Ball Round-up,” is their biggest fundraiser of the year, and will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the Amory Chapel.
