Read more...BY CHERYL HOPKINS - It was a beautiful Sunday evening. We met Capt. Shane and Mike Sovan, climbed aboard the Haywire, and set off for what would be a most fabulous time. It proved to be exactly what we had bargained for … and more! I am ready to go back.

To the Editor:

We are all so quick to complain and not realize the wonderful things we have in Boca Grande.

Yesterday I experienced firsthand just how great our fire department and EMS services are. We are very lucky to have people who care and give great service to us.

Let’s all see the greatness of Boca and it’s people and services.
