Just to reiterate the policy that the Boca Beacon has had for many years ...

If an arrest is made on Gasparilla Island and the police report is made public record, and the defendant is not a juvenile, we will run what the police report says.

That pertains to every person, no matter who it is, that is arrested.

We are no different than any other newspaper.
