On Monday, Oct. 17, the Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce’s 6th annual Fall Scramble at the Gasparilla Inn and Club’s Pete Dye golf course will begin with a shotgun start at noon, and there is still room for a few more teams.

The fundraising event is hosted by the chamber to benefit the Boca Grande Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund.

Participants and volunteers in this event play a crucial role in helping local high school graduates pursue their college aspirations each year. The chamber has awarded more than $30,000 in scholarships this year alone. There are still openings if you would like to register to play, as well as sponsorship opportunities for businesses.
