Week 7

Yes, the top is getting crowded with four teams: THE BOYS (aka Donny and Ralph of Boca Grande Real Estate), KENPO STEVE (Steve Patterson), BG COPS (our local boys in green) and PATRIOTS (Mike Warner).

This past weekend a picker was one shy of a perfect 13, TEMP (aka Jeff Simmons of the Temptation Restaurant). Great job, Jeff.

And seven teams made it 11-2: HOMER, A•BELL (Andrew Bell), BGTRAVEL (Bob Iba), GIRLS OF GTB (by default – she got HOMERed), HOPELESS (Bill Klettke), I.B. FAVORED (wow, they got it right) and THE BOYS, which helped them to the top. Note: 11 teams at 10-3.

The bye week has the Bills, Bengals, Patriots, Giants, Eagles and 49ers resting sore muscles.

This week the favorites are the Chargers, Lions, Steelers, Raiders (without their starting QB, but still for AL), Packers, Cowboys, Saints and the Ravens.

Teams are split on the Seahawks at Browns, Redskins at Panthers, Bears and Bucs in London and the Texans at Titans game.

The Colts in the Big Easy and the Ravens in Jacksonville are games you could go to bed early and not feel too bad missing (kind of like last weekend).

Games of the week: the Falcons in Lion Country, Skins in Carolina, and let’s see what Tebow can do back in the Sunshine State again.
