BY LIZA STROUT - Julia Campo Kelley is a fifth generation Florida native on her father’s side. “On my mom’s side, I’m second generation,” she admitted sheepishly.

Her mother was a high school math teacher, and her father owned a company that ran underground utilities, prepared subdivisions for roads and put in sidewalks for communities.
