Learn first-hand the cooking techniques of leading chefs, taste wines from the world’s most famous regions, and experience exquisite cuisine at The Seventh Annual Food & Wine Weekend, hosted by The Gasparilla Inn & Club.  Accompany Certified Master Chef Peter Timmins and guest chefs as they prepare and share incredible dishes throughout the weekend of January 11 through 13.  

The Food & Wine Weekend begins Friday evening with a dinner reception, which takes guests on a journey of the world’s most famous gastronomic regions. Sample multiple courses of flavorful dishes and sip wines at a relaxed pace, while mingling and learning more about the pairings from Chef Timmins and the weekend’s guest chefs and vintners. On Saturday, attend a series of culinary events throughout the day, including a Pahlmeyer Winery tasting and a Cajun cooking demonstration with Chef John Folse, renowned Louisiana chef and restaurateur.
