Don't forget the Way of the Cross

Easter week will begin on the island on Good Friday, with the annual Way of the Cross. It will begin at noon at the Our Lady of Mercy Church, and all island churches will participate.

Everyone is welcome to participate in “Via Dolorosa,” or “The Way of Sorrows,” which represents the 14 Stations of the Cross.

The Ecumenical Sunrise Service will be held at 7 a.m. at Boca Grande Pass, at the Port Boca Grande Lighthouse.
