Letter to the Editor: Reader praises RPP for Beatles tribute

To the Editor:

I just returned home from a fabulous afternoon of Beatles music. The Nowhere Band is a group of not only excellent singers and musicians but their representations of the Beatles, during all phases of their career, were perfect. The sets and costumes were as polished as any performance could be. It was delightful.

Michele Strauss and the Royal Palm Players once again brought entertainment to our island that was different and appealing to all ages during a peak “company” season. I was disappointed that not every seat was filled.

The Royal Palm Players are a treasure to this island and their efforts should always be rewarded with full houses. Always spread the word about upcoming performances.

Go to a performance of something that may not be your “norm” at least once a year. Let’s make sure that we and our company will have them here to enjoy for many years to come.
