A Boca Grande woman turned herself in this week to Lee County Sheriff’s authorities, after being charged with first degree larceny and fraud.

The many faces of John Storms were viewed by many at his annual performance for the people of Boca Grande. It was held on Monday at the Boca Grande Community Center.

The Boca Grande Fire Department responded to a couple of interesting calls this week.

Easter week will begin on the island on Good Friday, with the annual Way of the Cross. It will begin at noon at the Our Lady of Mercy Church, and all island churches will participate.
