The Boca Grande Child Care Center will be celebrating Earth Day by enjoying the fruits of the Recycling Project that the children started three years ago.  

Nancy Lou Seifert died Monday, April 15, 2013 after living a lifetime of happiness and fulfillment.  

John Malcolm (Jack) Searles, 97, of Davenport, Iowa died peacefully in his sleep on April 9, 2013.  

BY JACK SHORT - John Kissinger spends more than half of the year in Boca Grande enjoying retirement with his wife, Lona, though both of them seem to have redefined “retirement,” staying active and busy beyond the occasional game of tennis and golf. Those are on the table, but John said the real fun stuff is economics and business. He serves on several local boards and committees in those areas.

The Art Alliance wishes to thank the designers and all garden club members who provided hors d’oeuvres and support in many other ways. We want to make this an annual event.
